Minimum Requirements

1. You must have a valid Driver's License or State ID.

2. You must have either a Social Security card or a Birth Certificate.

3. You must be able to provide a clean UA upon entry.

Application Process

1. Complete the online application @ rockymountainsoberliving.com/apply-today

2. When the application is complete, please call for a phone interview with RMSL staff.            719-357-6529

3. Once you pass the interview with the RMSL staff. We will make arrangements for you to interview with the members of the house you will be moving into.  

4. If accepted, you must be able to provide a clean UA.

5. We will then make arrangements for you to meet our RMSL intake specialist.

Medically Assisted Treatment

RMSL will accept those clients who are on MAT. We permit the following: Sublocade, Vivitrol Injection, and Brixadi. Suboxone and stimulates as long as they are enrolled in an outpatient program to manage meds.
